Terms of Service

Our servers can only be used for hosting WEBSITES (you may have a website, blog, forum, and so on). You should not host services (such as «data parsers», «online game», «torrent tracker», «facebook library» and so on); you should not use your account as a file storage.

Your website has to be publicly available. We do not host private websites (a private website is a website that requires registration to enter it). You can have private parts of your website, however, more than 50% of your website content has to be accessible without registering/logging in.


Special terms for WAP-content
WAP-content is tolerated under the following terms:
1. WAP content should not consume more than 50% of all bandwidth generated by your website
2. Main page of your website has to be accessible via HTTP protocol.


The following things are forbidden on our servers:

Adult content (porn, erotic, etc)
Sorry, but we do not allow this, even if it is legal. This also applies to any advertisement that you show on your site (it should not contain the above mentioned images). Dating scripts and related content is not allowed.

Spamming activities
Sending unsolicited e-mails, spamming forums/technical pages and any other activity that can be treated as spamming.

Running online services
We only host websites. No online games, no storing private backup, no online ratings, no streaming, no banner networks. We do not tolerate this stuff since it is killing our servers.

Uploading, installing, running IRC servers/scripts
This is monitored by us AND our datacenter. We immediately terminate accounts found to have such scripts.

Running servers and proxies
Proxies, ICQ scripts, traffic redirection scripts (including any sort of downloaders, emailers, rapidget, etc).

Running daemons and bots; initiating frequent outgoing connections
Scripts that create outgoing connections more than two times per hour and/or running for more than 30 seconds are forbidden.

Uploading insecure scripts
Shell or FTP-copy scripts without proper authorization; outdated and vulnerable scripts, nulled scripts.

Illegal content and copyrighted material and links (in any form) to such content
Warez, cracks, serial numbers are not allowed. Links to such content are prohibited as well. HYIP and similar stuff is considered illegal. Nulled forums, CMS and other cracked commercial scripts are illegal (just in case you did not know).

Illegal activity
Hacking, cracking, hacking software or scripts, exploits and articles which describe such (and other) illegal activity. This also includes any sort of scanning/hacking of any servers (including our servers).

Websites without content and search engine SPAM
Empty websites, doorways, directories, and all other content that cannot be useful for a human visitor.

File archives, file exchange
You are not allowed to use your account primarily as a file storage. We have http://www.filekeeper.org for that purpose.

Sharing your login with a third party
You have to be the sole owner of your account.

Resource-hungry scripts
We do not allow scripts that need lots of CPU/Memory resources (for example some chat scripts). Please note that Moodle script is banned on our network due to enormous CPU consumption.


The following stuff is VERY IMPORTANT:

● You are NOT allowed to hide or in any way interfere with our ads. If you're on FSWEB server, you may change the position of our ad links (please see FAQ for details).

● We suspend "empty" accounts or accounts that had less than 5 web-visitors within a 21-day period. All suspended accounts are removed after 30 consecutive days of being suspended.

● You have to take care of your scripts and fix/update them immediately when a security flaw discovered. We suspend accounts found to have vulnerable scripts installed.

● We reserve the right to suspend any account without explanation (we do not normally use this privilege)

● We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
